Adventure Racing would not exist without the help of businesses and organizations that care about the sport enough to assist athletes and clubs in a variety of different ways.

The TrailBlazers encourages you to participate and frequent the organizations below in consideration of their help with the sport of adventure racing and our club.

TBARC Members: when you join you'll receive a sheet detailing how to take advantage of the discounts offered below. A new members-only forum on the Message Board will be active soon!

RACE DISCOUNT POLICY:
To qualify for TrailBlazer race discounts, teams must incorporate "TrailBlazers" into their registered team names. For example, "Team Gator Bait/TrailBlazers" or "Team Fortitude (TBARC)" or similar variations meet the new requirement. The goal of the new policy is to increase exposure of the club to race directors, area racers, and potential sponsors. We hope this will result in increased membership, event participation, and overall marketability of the club to sponsors. Several races also require a code to receive a discount. Members wishing to take advantage of this must contact TBARC Sponsorship.

THEIR DEAL: Raceday is offering each TrailBlazer member who registers for the North Georgia Adventure Race 15% off their portion of the entry fee.

THEIR DEAL: Considered one of the foremost promoters of adventure races in the country. OAR puts on a number of races each year from one day races through five day races (Endorphin Fix, Beast of the East, etc.) In addition to adventure races Odyssey also has an adventure racing academy to hone your skills. As our club is based in Atlanta, the bulk of the events we compete in are somewhat close. Just three hours north of Atlanta (that's nothing in adventure racing time) sits the southern edge of the Great Smoky Mountains and the site of a number of challenging races put on by Tracyn Thayer and Norm Greenberg. THEIR DEAL: The NOC has long been a favorite of the TrailBlazers. The NOC has hosted a variety of adventure races ranging from 8 hours through 30 hours. In addition the NOC also holds a variety of other races from paddling to biking and a wide variety of classes and instruction in practically everything outdoors.
